I liked the contemporary and modern feel to the hotel. I thought the location was fantastic; super close to where I needed to work and also very close to really desirable restaurants and bars in Philadelphia. The front desk staff was superb; incredibly friendly and outgoing.
I think the prices were a little high. $17.99 for a new release movie? Like, really? That is just offensive. Straight up highway robbery. In addition, prices on things that are very cheap elsewhere are much too expensive here. Soda, water, candy, alcoholic drinks, etc...

I loved the amazing fried chicken sandwich at the restaurant, and the fries were the best I've ever tasted! The friendly bartender really made our night. Definitely coming back!

Went to get breakfast and it had closed early on a Thursday morning.

Beds were comfortable and the place was always very clean
Every single morning of our stay the tv automatically turned on between 6:30am and 6:35, never at the same time. We reported this every day and while someone did come up to look at it on day 2 the problem was declared fixed. The problem was never fixed. The tv went off every day. Additionally our key cards didn't work two days in a row and we had to deal with extremely slow staff to get it back. The staff paid more attention to phone calls coming in than to customers standing in line directly in front of them. We were ignored while phone calls were taken. Bad service

The staff were extremely and very helpful, which was a plus, since a lot of other things were not as good as expected. Staff gets an A+
Room carpet, stains everywhere, and I changed 3 rooms and they all had awful carpet stains. Wound up settling for the best of the bad carpet. The parking entrance and exit to hotel with room keys seems to have glitches, which cause time consuming backups while exiting hotel and/or when entering.

Near airport
Noisy airconditioning system. Pool seemed to be filled with people who weren't guests of the hotel.

The bed was super comfy, and the location was perfect for an early flight 🚀 the hallway noise made it hard to get a good night's sleep.

The room is clean.
Bases on the booking information, the internet use in the hotel should be free. The staff confirmed that when we checked in. However, on the final bilI I was charged $9.99 for using the computer in the lobby. The staff explained the internet use is free in the hotel rooms, but not in the lobby. They should have told us when we asked them about the internet use when we checked in.

convenient access to parks and landmarks for city walkers
I found the staff helpful when they pointed me to a nearby restaurant just a few minutes away at the Sheraton Suites, allowing me to grab dinner before heading to bed, and exploring the Simeone Foundation Automotive Museum, only about 2 km away, made for an inspiring afternoon stroll through the city, giving me that perfect mix of culture and fresh air.

We reserved a King room and we checked in late. I called to advise of our flight being delayed. Upon arrival we were given the last room available...it was a full bed. My husband is a large man and I am not a small woman. The attendant at the front desk could not have been kinder or more understanding and booked us next door at the Sheraton Suites where there was a king size beed available. I was a bit disappointed with the condition of the Four Points Sheraton property because I typically feel that they are nice. This was an old property but the gal at the front desk made it beautiful...she was wonderful and should be commended!

Thoroughly enjoyed Philadelphia, the hotel was functional and incredibly beautiful in a good neighborhood for eating. It was a functional building, the room was perfectly clean and huge with a tub. The stuff was all pleasant. The vibe here was family. Food was reasonably priced and I have nothing but wonderful memories from this trip...
Well, Wi-Fi was very poor.
